Pack
Keep items unworn, unwashed, with tags attached in the original packaging.

Collect
Our courier collects the parcel from your address — no need to visit a hub.

Resolve
We ship your new size, or refund within 5–7 working days after inspection.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are free for your first exchange per order inside Dhaka. Outside Dhaka, a ৳100 courier fee applies.
Returns & refunds
- bKash and Nagad payments are refunded to the same wallet.
- Card payments are refunded to the original card (7–10 working days depending on your bank).
- Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bKash or bank transfer.
Non-returnable items
- Socks and underwear, for hygiene reasons.
- Items marked final sale.
- Items that have been worn, washed or altered.
Damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it at no cost.
